Artyem Ivashov was born in 1984 in Syktyvkar, Russia.  He is the eldest son of his parents who are faithful Christians and good people.

In 1999 thanks to the Lord and patient instructions of his parents Artyem accepted Christ and was baptized for the forgiveness of sins.

After he graduated from high school he continued his education in the construction school.  After he graduated from the school he worked at the fire department.

In 2003 Artyem started his studies at the Syktyvkar School of Biblical studies.  After he graduated from it in 2005 he started his service as a full-time instructor of the "Fishers of Men Ministry" in Russia.  He also participates in the youth ministry of the Syktyvkar Church of Christ.
